Peanut butter biscuits
130g organic, smooth peanut butter, supermarket’s own brand
90g wheatgerm
Mix the above thoroughly in a bowl with a metal spoon until all the wheatgerm is absorbed.
Place the mixture on the left side of a piece of baking parchment 50cm by 38cm. Fold the right half over the left and press down firmly, until the mixture is flat and stuck together. Cut the flattened mixture into squares 5cm by 5cm and place in a preheated oven (fan 150) for twenty minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Place the biscuits in an airtight plastic container to store and consume within a week.
